Every frame is made from Australian-grown, sustainably sourced timber, using museum-grade archival materials, including 100% cotton rag mount board, acid-free backing board, and a range of conservation-grade glazing options to suit both the artwork and its intended environment.

We use a range of different conservation hinging materials for mounting artworks, including acid-free neutral pH adhesive paper tape, wheat starch on Japanese Washi paper and heat activated archival film hinging. We decide the appropriate art mounting approach based on the artwork’s surface material, condition and age. 

We offer dry mounting using a cold roller mounting press onto a variety of acid-free substrates, including Dibond aluminum composite, Kapa board, gatorfoam, Forex, and foam core. We use acid-free pH neutral archival adhisive film. 

Dry mounting provides a flat, stable presentation for prints, photographs, and works on paper, helping to ensure the longevity of the artwork.

We carefully stretch canvases using premium stretcher bars manufactured from sustainably sourced timber.

Framing three-dimensional objects requires careful planning and specialised conservation techniques.

We use a range of attachment methods selected specifically for each object, including hand stitching, neutral pH EVA glue and conservation-grade heat-activated adhesives.
